no guest past mom stayed for dinner, one roommate had other plans of something, so we had one guest of the other roommates who queen beed and had a had in nearly every single dishes’ prep so six people.

 

it was a fun dinner all fairly laid back ut still as always a long long dy, mine began after demolishing a baag of chips and the resulting sugar nap of 5 hours to be at this since two am.

my casserole turned out very flavorful.  buttered mushrooms stock cream gb’s par steams then baked under cheese. half was wth goldened onions.

it would not hurt myfeeling to have a media center computer.  you already know I want a fancy tv and I’m budget conscious enough that I’m not adding forever to my monthly expenses.  I’m fairly cheap in that I don’t wish to run microsoft as it adds sixty bucks at least to the cost of the machine AND requires additional security….the security can be covered for free BUT the problem is now time is wasted forever updating and or even installing stuff…more stuff…crap that took alll damn day….  I like linux well enough by now to simply say, I like it free, it works fairly well and is damned secure.

 

so I’m pretty set on the CONSIDERATION of a led type flat panel tv as it comes with netflix unlimited

and  this is the top contender

47 inches big this approaches the field of vision I have or I begin to have to pan across a screen – in other words just making things bigger has some limitations to me the legally blind.
  my dissapoint behind it is that its doesn’t include the actual service subscriptions…sure all of them are  what they are. about 85 for netflix with one monthfree trial – amazon prime which doesn’t necessarily have all I want and yet included free shipping upgrades on items that aren’t third party things.  the drawback to this is obvious, there must be a card  neutral to my banking attached to this  which is an upfront bummer of addition cost for SAFETY  – this safety would be compromised with amazon prime as this would be a legal account.  netflix would just be x a rental or whatever.

 

but this IS a big deal as I like the netflix array of titles more than amazon and yet ug it’d be nice to have the free shipping aid too free kindle stuff and junk.. yada.

I’ve selected this as a computer. 

this has a blueray disc burner.  it costs roughly 340 bucks but it is sleek, neat powerful enough to  surf/movie etc.  however it may require some accesseries putting it closer to 450 butcks . remote keyboard etc.

 

I did just check that the television has an audio out so that a fancy s ound system can later be had.  but remember a pandora/rhapsody or similar streaming music is nice sometimes .. get your greek radio on or something.

 

drawbacks to this is? it either requires me to buy windows to let it be a standalone netflix player  the reason is simple enough, so they can’t control what you do with the media you pay for.  so therefore, it’s neat the tv does that  so you or I can watch some content by choice.    or I have to add in windows to a linux machine as a virtual thing and then tweak everything to work as best I can…. remember I love the security of linux web surfing.  LOVE it.  oh due to hd size and cost factors the recorder is for about 10 hours of shows.

I felt a bit of a backstep in personal empowerment moving last time but, 450 plus  minor utilities  apartment vs house?  there are some advantages to my ome/area trading travel time for restaraunts I can patronage?  kitchen galley versus nice open square?  easier trash  hardwood floors for more maintainance yes but easier care versus ruined stained chances carpet…. there are many advantages including /2 the distance to not one but two convenience stores… but the backstep is I was masterful living with one other I am one voice in many here. as I do not work I either clean ffor others or get the what the fuck are you doing with your life the house is disgusting….if it is truly clean not just by comparison – the complaints are still there so understand it’s passive aggressive buttinsky disrespect.  yet, do not fault the place ruined because the first step to this is teflon attitude.  hunh? what?

this is BIG absolute awesom for the game and movies…. what’s it’s flaw?  plasma is NOT as bright as led’s  I literally couldn’t watch this in the morning as I could see  it. clear and bright are important I have tastes too.  it’s clear and darker.  but how dark?  gotta find out obviously

 

the second tv is a vizio 3d smart tv also full hd at 120hz – this is 28 dollars cheaper  free shipping versus the carry it from the kmart.  it as an led is brighter, but 120 hz is in led land suspect for artifacts and blur during sports.  this instantly soured my brother high cost versus game bummer.  with all males in this house and an mil apartment hideaway for sis to herself. means more sports one is an absolute nut fanatic….fan   but here it is

jalepeno chips/ sourcream and onion chips THIN

2 cups italian blend cheese

2 cups  ooey gooey thick chicken/mushroom GRAVY thick soup

 

optionally if I remember are

half a side of golden onion

smokey cheese powder.
  I have to get that last one.

I have a roaster chicken small as in it’ll fit about 2.5 liters of stock or a medium soup pot.

a pound of celery and carrots – which can be added in waves to keep up the flavor

I got this fancy jar of freeze dried italian herbs – couldn’t find anything better fresh and I’m not gambling on shelf dried. this stuff has basil and marjoram along with red pepper amoung other things. I’m very happy.  marjoram IS the magic grandmas chicken soup seasoning.

and of course enough garlic to get at ya…

just mushrooms in a pan? no.  breadcrumbs and before the cream a rue…. flourto crisp bread crumb to butter not too much of eitherand

now fresh half and half.  mines good til christmas so it’ll be fresh for turkey day.  

some mushrooms will be sliced some mushed. and overall this will be cooked to a thin gravy/sauce so it will be a thick one later

this time you place beans in bowl within a bigger bowl platic wrap where needed and chill to cold swiftly…or SHOCK

lift plastic wrap and stir  recover and that .
