I'm an Irish WHISKEY drinker!
HI
tonight's pizza was popperzz- the ngarlicky affair with even creamcheese :) what attends it was a chopped greek salad. The sparkle was how my seat mate went from a big midwestern gent to a someone decidedly more a fan of the irish whiskey.
cheers to you

Yummy! I'll be celebrating with you! Now where's the fireworks???
cream cheese and whisky. cheers
@Xcite_Media - wyoming? (personal f.w.'s banned - state's already fiery... 3 showsin thismetro of liscensed pro kind)
@MichellelyNg - :D
i don't think i've ever had Irish whiskey...... and guess who's Irish? For shame! ;)
@Peridot21 - I'm not going to kid you- I didn't have whiskeyed coffee the last two months almost religiously on purpose whiskeys can make a coffee. hint coff and a shot and mix it to your pleasure. I never pegged you as a preferrable slugger of spirits. ;)
ok. the cooking of ribs or whatever i leave to thee. the drinking however ;) (my mother's maiden name is 'collins'. maternal side of fam is southern, and boy, does that Irish independent streak so not fit into southern mentality. no slaves on that bit of land, and now we need Really good fences to be neighbors. hmmm...remind you of today's climate, at all? ;)
(btw, net is up and down, due to rains...)
I think I've only had Irish Whiskey in the Irish Hot Chocolate I get at my fav Irish pub and restaurant. I'm not really a whiskey drinker. peace & enjoy the 4th
@Bels_Kaylar - hammish overactingly I sniff sniff" are you a PAN doning me me to my kitchen..ALONE (I was tempted to link alone/dreams the 84 john stamos version versus the ubiquitous Heart version of the song but stamos hunted down the youtubers and copyright slapped them and put up his video on his site only to remove it heheheheh )
Blended is good, single-malt is better. I would drink it every day if it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
@peacenow - I can hang with that plan considering you slow it down on the caffeine :D I am reminded of my first foray into whiskey chocolate.... lets just reword in proper parody the nat king cole unforgetable because "it was forgettable, what did I do there?"
@we_deny_everything - lol, that ye old financial condieration
@peacenow - heh. i wasn't either, peace-one (whiskey-drinker, that is), until my mate discovered the honeyed-whiskeys. m.m.m. ; ) peace to thee...
@starmanjones - ?? "are you a PAN doning me me to my kitchen..." uh, i could be a pan, or faun, easier than i could be a kitchen pan. signed, your elven-one ;)
@Bels_Kaylar - I'm not cooking YOU fawn. I may cook for you :P.
@starmanjones - thy cooking would be welcome, starman. *faun breathes sigh of relief* ;)
@Bels_Kaylar -
No Tullamore Dew?
@DogEatDog84 - hahahaha, do you read me or just happen to agree that tullie is the stuff!? lol
I think my husband's mission in life is to get everyone on the Tullie Bandwagon. Not a whisky fan (cheap domestic beer for me) but I will say it is quite smooth.
@DogEatDog84 - kiss your husband then because I will not :P it's good manners and I'm not bent that way. tell me the news, what's YOUR take on the suds?
I'm married to a pure-blooded Irishman and he says, American Whiskey even though the original Tennessee whiskey recipe was not. Whatever. Have you ever had it in iced tea?
@Starmanjones-My take is that I apparently have shitty taste in alcohol. A million micro breweries in this state and i'm like "Oh, you don't have Coors Lite? Sad face, guess i'll take a Miller." I could go to town on a bottle of red wine too. Again, the cheap domestic stuff.
