if you wish to get serious please feel free to learn why carbs …grain source…are the devil to your weight losing oals bvut it is more than that you must sleep more because it releives stress which is also detrimental more so than food choices to your weight loss goals…AND?! you must be careful about the application of the exercise so as to stimulate the primal hormone production of?…pregnancy hormones! otherwise known as Human Growth Hormone these days refered to by the acronymn HGH. this is all likely true.
this doesn’t significantly differ from anything else current to the 1990′s forward dieting REVULTION of information…. south beach diet.. avoid meat and bread together. go light on bread anywaysj. or the 2000′s era human growth hormone injection regimen that is about 12— dollars or a great late model used vehicle…and of course not garunteed but! if YOU’re SERIous… you can obtain the body of your dreams or hint it is your fault if you fail this is proven to work for anyone.

I am incline to believe stress is the enemy of the waistline. No doubt my problem from beginning to end. The pg hormone is HCG. HGH is what is released during sleep.
I’m a firm believer that the best way to lose weight is push ups. Push your butt up off the chair and exercise, and push it up and away from the table. lol
@sleekpunk - oh lol I hoped someone would care to read even if it is obvious I snub this particular offering/offing of the blizzard of them that go by. my favorite line was a old fashioned muscle building advert that said… lose weight if needed otherwise gain a pot belly… it just amused me that people remember how they succeeded and how systems instantly start having difficulties including all.
