Aroma Therapy
Complete with a tomato Rose, this is rouladen with au jus and firecracker beans.
nutritional info
1/3 roulade and beans is roughly 450 calories with the only thing to be overly careful of is cholesterol content att 45% of the RDA otherwise it’s 36% calories from fat, and 33% RDA of sodium for the “MAN” portion. under fifteen grams of fat and that’s the entire dish with side so you see it qualifies as heart healthy as it is under 40% Calories from fat.
Yes this time this is both my food and my photograph.
now i made five rouladen round steak pounded tween plastic wrap, onions slow cooked with roasted garlic cloves then fried up with a splash of cocacola then as i could cook the red bell pepper with garlic as someone hated onions i did that separate now the bacon 1to 2 strips apiece per roulade were cooked up…then toothpicked the rolled up topped steak. these were arranged in casserole pans and then bathed in 3 cups bullion water beef foiled and cooked for an hour then uncovered an hour at 350F preheated oven. the left over juice was reduced and put in a side cup.
the fire cracker beans were bacon then tomato diced from a can with fennel hunts brand and the bacon made into bits along with a sprinkle of garlic herb. the beans were frozen and added to the pan with a splash of water covered and stirred occasionally .
now to get them to work as you see it with some plastic wrap of course and we shall see if i might get a shot at not so much cooking but a floating day in the kitchen. garunteed no, but what harm is there trying to curry a bit of more pro time cooking? just a day will do

@adamswomanback - Kellsbella has also suggested i’m stuck under her direction of the you may wish to put a message in with a query. while I ‘m sure i’m blind, I mean I didn’t make this blind folded or anything but i have gotten into that lately… blind origami and yes i can cook for 60 blindfolded I already have. the first twent was a bit of some oil on the ceiling and other horrors

Is there some way you could choose between rouladen au jus and rouladen with jus? Your “rouladen with au jus” just sounds ignorant.

It looks like it smells delicious. I might be willing to tackle something that elaborate for visitors, but normally I don’t like to expend that much effort.
@Roadkill_Spatula - lol, it earned me a “it was GREAT.” me thinks he missed the note that the rose t’weren’t for HIM as he wasn’t interested in the “recipe” lol… that was the code get plastic and i’ll know.
