  • I have a gallon of prison wine needing rack/tranfer it’s time.  I am to do this but while i do so it’s time to make my fancy phone show you what i’m doing.

    I used spring water versus tap so the campden tablets is for color protection and clearing more than anything.  if i siphon transfer my wine right It’ll clear soon enough and with as little sediment/yeast as possible.  wish me luck as here we go :D

    I’m using potassium metabisulfite or something like that and it has to be crushed and thats a wipe my coffee mill out after thing and  i have a different gallon jug with lid to let it do its thing.

     

     

    half or two bottles survives the siphoning and suphiting process  this will obvious clearn some as it sits, it’s rather spicy if you ask me and you should as I’m the only idiot brewing tasting and such :D .  this will make a fine salad accompanyment soon enough. :D
