the dish was made
I fogot the peanuts a tragedy
its as made roughly 250 calories a spring roll which is a fat fist of food.
I suck at rolling them – but I did manage to roll one
mine got crammed ( the rice paper) thus broke 1/3 of them – I dont know how to fix that
the recipe list
salad:
one head romain heart
2 pounds bean sprouts
one bunch cilantro
one bell green
1.33, 1.98, 39, 89
=4.59this makes two family sized bowls of salad = far and away enough to make 20 -24 spring rolls

dipping sauce
1/2 jar lingon berry jam
2/3 c soy
2/3 c rice wine vinegar
hot saue to taste 1.5 packets worth
3, 1 1, free if proured at deli/fast food spot
=5
this makes enough dipping sauce for 24 spring rolls lol

shrimp26-30 at target 10 a pound, 8 rolls per pound so now that I know that portion deli counter for7 a pound is my area!

a cup of dark brown sugar
1/3 c soy
2/3 c rice wine vinegar
4 drops fish sauce
(bought an anchovyone mega strong)50,50,1.00,10c x2 for extrashrimp

now that I ended up with a bowl for foour of salad half a pound of chilled noodles left over…a dishwasher more of dishes as Ineeded ‘em
only had shrimp for 8 rolls as preped I am glad it was done it was fun but um, eat out if you dont plan for 12 people or have salad storing space aplenty
I made, so I said lol, bun tom nuong spring rolls – you can too -
but dont forget the peanuts coarsely chopped they’re a buck.
