    the dish was made

I fogot the peanuts a tragedy

its as made roughly 250 calories a spring roll which is a fat fist of food.

I suck at rolling them – but I did manage to roll one

mine got crammed  ( the rice paper) thus broke 1/3 of them – I dont know how to fix that

    the recipe list

    salad:

    one head romain heart

    2 pounds bean sprouts

    one bunch cilantro

    one bell green

    1.33, 1.98, 39, 89
    =4.59

this makes two family sized bowls of salad = far and away enough to make 20 -24 spring rolls

    -

    dipping sauce

    1/2 jar lingon berry jam

    2/3 c soy

    2/3 c rice wine vinegar

hot saue to taste 1.5 packets worth

3, 1 1, free if proured at deli/fast food spot

    =5

this makes enough dipping sauce for 24 spring rolls lol

    -

shrimp26-30 at target 10 a pound, 8 rolls per pound  so now that I know that portion deli counter for7 a pound is my area!

    =21 / 10

    -

    marinade

a cup of dark brown sugar

    1/3 c soy

    2/3 c rice wine vinegar

    4 drops fish sauce
     (bought an anchovyone mega strong)

    50,50,1.00,10c x2 for extrashrimp

    =2.1

    -

    rice noodle 2 buck

    rice paper 4 bucks

    =6

    -

    =$39 for 24 rolls

    ———————

now that I ended up with a bowl for foour of salad half a pound of chilled noodles left over…a dishwasher more of dishes as Ineeded ‘em ;) only had shrimp for 8 rolls as preped I am glad it was done it was fun but um, eat out if you dont plan for 12 people or have salad storing space aplenty ;)

I made, so I said lol, bun tom nuong spring rolls – you can too -

but dont forget the peanuts coarsely chopped they’re a buck.
