heheheh joshy smart. I can identify the red pepper spring onions either bamboo shoots or water cress jullienne and that small piece of meat make a relish it's sauce and thus soy plays into this somewhere lol but exactly the dish I can't guess past a menu/recipe so I'll let you do so.
