I’m courting the typical problem which? cabernet or poisannoor burgundy of the reds in that order orrhine, chablis or pinot griggio….again in that order whites. not to white zin or sangria…neither are bad quite the contrary, but neither work the recipes 4 liters of bliss. with a fermentation lock and a cake of yeast… the harship isn’t brewing but what can I keep this place at for 3 weeks if it’s in the sixties I’mm thinking I cant count on the champagne being funky monkey so I’ll investigate that I might be oddball and make mine with a beer yeast.
