aji panca cornbread with jalepenos,me making pancakes at ten of six am doggy sitting – potato pancake – not sure they weren’t vodkapancake butheh

(for those that know how to cook, notice that the cornbread puffed and split? – while this is just a general aid not a cure, the more you let your cb sit prior to oven the more likely it is to split- the wetter you batter is the more likely it is to split. this is a wetter batter with wet ingredient additionals it split. now to be honest I don’t mind as this pan is meant to be flipping out a design on the bottom so I can hide sins like this. – I do warn you though this tin could NOT be seen as I put that much butt in to make damned sure I could get it out.)

The split is great because I’d probably eat the entire bread with butter that melts down into the crevices. Yum (except for the jalepenos).
