    here is why I’m not fucking crazy – I know about the circulating rumors!

    • 1 cup 151 proof rum
    • 1 cup orange curacao (orange flavored liqueur)
    • 1 cup almond flavored syrup
    • 1 cup simple syrup
    • 10 limes, juiced

    so…. for the proof I’m NOT craxy when I offer you a maitai latte?  here’s why I’d not be far wrong from understanding what I read using it and creating something not so crazy new….  I hate to break it to you lot… I’m not dumb or crazy… I simply readand have a bit of luck picking up on some obscurities. ;)

    the real supposedly mai tai recipe but found proof of the fake-o one above that I’ve shared for years  as a grand way to make apply tasting coffees of distinction.

    what ends this blog is a picture with a price.  passion fruit syrup, red.  where in the recipe about is there passionfruit or red?  hmn, pretty obvious that there is a pretender to the thrown?
