too factuals
What I’m after is to take pencil/ink aim at the 18×24 sketch pad I got to put to paper architectual designs./ideas *something more than the mostly words following this and something slightly more recoizably an idea/design than a doodle ona notebook page because I was bored. However, it takes excitement to put feet and such in front of eachother so here we are with factuals 2: too factual.
http://starmanjones.xanga.com/766757855/factuals/
above is factuals …so that you can combine the ideas which are at heart no home designed without serious consideration of being stuck in an oversized wheel chair with limited reach and just the same storage need as anyone else, less cash to afford high falutin living and yet a larger need for said to be comfy.

this for review’s sake means passize eggress to and from the home and rooms without electrical aid. but not in review now and moving on isspace utization. I can’t climb well without legs and in fact I never could pul myself much more than a foot high than I had jumped up a rape….while this means I’m not strong up top, it also means I suspect many want to live more cerebrally than physically…in short the space has to come to us not us going to the space….and electrical assistance cant be ten thousand buttons- some of us get flippin confused and also stuff breaks so mechanical pass through must also be consider… I don’t want to be a lunatic in a chair shout at my house to let me in HAL.
interior considerations thus are:
passive egress * factuals
mechanical passthrough – yet electric assistance – I like powered living it’s convenient but if something breaks I’m not living without for long I need that security
space must come to us so raiseable lowerable shelves/ horizontal surfaces
roll under for as many elements as is possible making the reach one has one arm or two important and honored.
now th yes reclining on a cushion kicking out the feetese above things are best built in with the idea that later resurfacings are custom buildable inexpensively. why? because surfaces are hwat it changd in a home because I don’t want someone else’s dream I want mine god, damn it. and dumb as this is a car pristinely paint and shine is sexy yet it only helps if it runs. if it ran perfect and looked like an ugly clunker then it’s overall desirability is far less, however yes we pay for what works
– so surface updatablity is a consideration. not however a mantra. we pay for mantras.-
the ideas I have are:
missle stylo style round house where the definition is 20 feet is the stories height yet 25 feet rest turn around points and one inch to one foot traveled rise is120 ft or5 stopping points to turnabout/rest or five level in wiwhich to work fun within depth/heigh difference per floor and yes a manual platform can lift/drop a chair such a distance what do you think public busses use?
underwater cave house – this home takes the aquarium concept and makes it possible to stare at your pantry so to speak at all times. this is the underwater equivalent to living in a cottage up in michigan staring at dinner through a scope or magnification lense.
eire artist’s loft. this 2 bedroom with stuio idea is for that person who wants to take in the scenery just let the eyes real it in. it’s ideas of living are letting space star from the cushions of sitting up elegant japanese style about acouch with someone perhaps behind you preparing dinner as you both together watch your favorite sho- tapping thearm rest to magically transport you a cold beverage be it an absulut martini or a glass bottle soda. this home has with it the interior feel of a pirate ship too as you using a counterweighted platform lift you ropes and all up the stairs to your studio secluded and quiet and lockably secure from below and without yet in emergencies you can simply roll down the ramp to safety away. 2 feet from you fresh grilling hibatchi skewers of oh chicken satay. mmm or teriyaki steak or toasted unagi maki. full glass walles or large windows overlooking lunatic seagull squacking out from the lake.
egg house. the egg house idea I drew up in paper form versus mspaint are two different homees- the loss of the sixth room and a den hurt the point of the home. this home takes a large family and holds within it the bosom that family should be close to. get your mind out of the gutter, I’m not talking about a face into her chest although this can happen. the point of the home was to allow family to live a bit seperately yet be close yet also have that massive privacy perople need to fuck up on their own time frames and yes thus live for themselves yet also sneak over for morning tea with mom…. or suck down a brew with dad before goin to pork his daughter. egg house was designed as the family grows there is no implicit demand anyone stay and space is divideable so that borders for a time can supliment income. this is the house for the mommy knowing her children can see the grand kid and live closely within family to allow for dancing formally not to some filth! yes smell the grosing about what’s tasteful
joshy can library it up learning …catch a movie maybe. it’s 2 stories tall. cleverly above normal view of intollerant mom is a secluded upstair patio for nude sunbathing overlooking the world but reasonably private from the world. yes maybe daughter is a nudist and her mother is a prude…stuff has been known to happen and space enough to allow a little freedom is important… before you think I’ve lost my mind and want teen pregnancy… there are rooms cleverly close enough to allow for a lil less time to sneak in sex
I aint that dumb infact there is not so muchas a door on daughter’s room just a secluded curve so that dressing isn’t observe yet giggles can be monito – red. essentially this house is so grandma’s headphones are a gift of great hidden meaning and deafness for freedom can be dreamt of
or people can just get along??on golden pond-yes goodtheme and I forget the movie if I eversaw it this isn’t about jane fonda- this IS asloop shaped building as if it were a ship…that set sail long ago or was anchored awaiting being pulled and sold for scrap… any metaphor is possible but the idea that one’s ship has come in is important.a place where you can live with an eye towards your futre and your need of a legacy.- for you see the chooice is that offcetting the cost of ownership/rentals yes some places must be rented and also rented at income sustane ment adjust rates. why? because the more community cross section the more grants and services pay for this place to be lucrative for some, a joy to others similar to hitting the llottery, and close to places that either pay your mortgage for you if they’re successful and you with hoa associton are savvy, or well not. your choice. on golden pond is a no part of it can not be inspected by a person in a wheelchair thus employing people with disabilities in non traditional opportunities is a hallmark and another grant to pay for this building and lower it’s maintainance cost. and yes what bliss it can be if within the mall downstairs the was the elegant enough bar exlusive enough to boot the current clinkor out and catch hold of the next all withing 12 steps.
there- homes 5ideas and notes about whats within so *I* dont forget

Good descriptions, but I’m a visual learner and I need pictures! LOL! I could never live in an underwater home…too claustrophobic. I need the gardener’s delight…loads of windows overlooking nature.
Interesting factuals on the wheelchair accessible house. Good thinking there.
@songoftheheart - workin on the visuals

@starmanjones - You’re not going to draw a picture or two and post it here?

@Bels_Kaylar - heheheheh these are the art- these go out in a different way
I’ve always wanted to live on a house boat and travel up and down the Mississippi.
So somehow I ended up at an Asian market on Friday. I don’t know how I got there but then I was so drugged up and I realize I’ve got durians in my hands. Anyway, do you have any experience with corn tea?
@godfatherofgreenbay - no and you’ll probably survive both the corn tea and the durians. I hope. . I thought i’d hate the amaranth brittle I got and that was delightful
