Imagine…it bubbles

8 pounds of brisket bubble towards some tasty oblivion. this may meddle with…

sweet baby ray’s bbq sauce – later of course….but
Ingredients
High Fructose Corn Syrup, Distilled Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Modified Food Starch, Contains less than 2% of: Salt, Pineapple Juice, Natural Smoke Flavor, Spices, Caramel, Color, Sodium Benzoate as a Preservative, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Dried Garlic, Sugar, Tamarind Natural Flavor.
the typical ingredient hell… but take a noting of pineapple juice molasses and Tamarind. the pineapple in particular
INGREDIENTS: Freshly Brewed from Sparkling Filtered Water, (Sweetened by a Blend of Fructose, Pineapple Juice from Concentrate and Honey, Fresh Ginger Root, Lemon and Lime Juices from Concentrate and Spices).Did you catch the hint????pairing rules always state to make sure stuff is in both places or the tastes have more difficulty complimenting each other.-this is bbq beef, french onion soup pot roast, pot pie, sandwich slice, burritos tacos quessodillas etc.
imagine it as it’s on my stove now. it is dinner begun befor people left for work. I’m rather serious about these things

I like that rule of thumb. Thanks for sharing it. I’ve never done a brisket on stove-top. That’s a lot more do-able in summer than oven. Or outdoors.

@distractedbyzombies - osure I can grill if I had that mechanixs going…I do not. sure I can oven but 400 all day to keep it boiling? hot of the boxed in slap me with the heat. so, stovetop. yes this is in effer saying I make a shredded beef the slow cook the sauce about that leaving some seperated. this means I’ve a wide array of extras like soup, pot roast/pie,etc. this with luck allows me thee most succulant soft meat which would otherwise be stringy jerky consistancy the instant it touches air…. I have made this before… however it’s every bit soft and luscious if it doesn’t touch air and every bit just fine for beefing up mexican if it does a lil bit. ….plus why wast about a half gallon of tasty broth? it is soup as lol there is five oz. brown salt or soya sauce in.I can do in the onion later:d voila have a batch of soupchill set it and slice tomorrow some sandiches with a lil broth voila french dips.. I forever try to keep the avenues alive because this could just as easy have or still can be puerto rica if Iwant… food network gay fierro showed a nice joint with the potroast and some plantain thing mmm…. you remember the pontiac?

I didn’t ruin it for what I wanted of it I ate great:) considering I had to step away 2 hours a clip twice today – I findI chose well for what I’m doing. try a shredded beef should or hind endcut.they’re fun -I haven’t a/c enough to oven it up and my grill ain’t a grill so lol. it was bubble it or notbother- be very aware I know many who ‘d saywhat are you doing?
buta shredded beef is easy enough and very forgiving.
