yeah talk about a quick prayer at chuck woolery point ( 2 block up and 2 blocks over) knowing it was nothing but everything to finish it.. huff huff huff, I havent walked that far in 4 years. yes I took 2 breaks inwhich to cross to major intersection as in less than a minute each and thus can still walk 3 miles nonstop each way… including uphill at pace. not ful pace lol but pace.

blue moon with orange slice avai..lable til I swill it down, pretzle sticks and a jar of queso, orange and nectar cans, quick hint, tamarind does NOT mix. a 8 pack of taster’s choice so I have flippin coffee next week.. sick of going without….he doesn’t consume coffee or tea and never has so ug I can suffer instant…and I got the wrong tea for morning cup. and I got this kraft brand jalepeno cheese sticks? omg yum.
and while I recommend not eating them, a pack of lighters.I’m stable at 7 cigareetes a day down from 17. while it isn’t a fight to have that few, it is a real snarl not to smoke when I want to. a real snarl. this is by the way 6 days in. I’m not cheating. my numbers match known scientific data from pipe to cigarettes. I’m being good on nicotine imput. just in case you wanted to know I meant it went I said I wanted to cut down and quit- you know I have results growing toward that aim. I’ve found for me breaking the x often factor has to happen first along with actual intake…I’ve had the best results being chinese sissy labor about quiting.
and yeah I felt like a sitcom trying to get to the store and back.

@godfatherofgreenbay - lol! I just needed a different way to say I wentto the store. it was far away. I got junk food. lol
(ug try singing it , oi that’s a tongue twister, I can butcher a sllable or two and make it close but oi.

@MichellelyNg - I have a threshold nowadays where in I doubt I’d be able to have just one a day and maintain that disapline. but around seven a day I can live without the nicotine, I’ve done it- heck if I am not well for other reasons I have been able to simply not smoke. from a pack to zero… but that’s rare so I seek to keep it careful. and after such time it’s not an arduous thing to do
quit.
@and_eager_for_more - I want to make that goal that at 50 Ican still maintain a 3 miles walking. whileIcan’t control too muchdiabetes futures, I sure as heck can try to improve my chances! hence, a returnto not whining about distance. my original seven elevenwas for years 2.5 miles away both of them - why cant I return to this concept I will walk hours a day, my sugar says *I* have to do far morethan 30 mins of which is 10 aerobic exercive 2-3 times a week. so, clever as I’M SURE you’ll notice, no one smokes a freight train long with heavier exercise…they collide with each other
so to improve this slow dow ramp up exercise. I do however hope thope though that my required exercise lowers from 8 hours or20 miles a day because that’s no fun so far. the 6 was pushing. of course I made it murder taking heavy blood pressure lowering medication and failing a light bite of food somewhere in there so I was woozeyand it’s a different kind of tired moving nutrition around my bod. I gets to be careful of that everything afterawhile is anaerobic. but
I also need to slow down to learn this concept I can’t church on sundays all my sins away. there is not exact measurement of”exercise” for allowing that sinful barley pop (beer) there isn’t 6.2miles at3.35 mphpaceup hill and back to allow for that full nachos. diet and exercise only aid
