veggie tally eight
vroom fuel for the body
in “moss-less stone beer”
v8 low sodium vegetable juice is good potassium – of course ding with hot sauce ( chalulah,) smoked salt (alderwood,) and the opener, rolling rock beer
. this was the joy of the night, /i had to amble the darkness for more beer – but that was hitchless (as in no josh smacked by car) really easy really to remember – a normal (HOT) is about 4 shakes of hot sauce, sprig of salt (under 1/8 teaspoon – 12% rda sodium) half the juic 2.oz splash beer dissolve salt by stirring) 2 oz more juice fill with beer sir ding! done. doublethis forme as in the hot sauce. the advantage is you get 10% sodium? no!!!!!!!! POTASSIUM in the diet. I have to regrettably eliminate the additional yummy salt because hot sauce has salt and I’m restricted. this not so badI was surprised tomato beer is truly inexpensive. I had 2 pints going for 1.25 a piece.
I like little realizations like that.
you can order the coffee in denver downtown at “the delectable egg” it’s a black forrest latte. you can order a supposedly better red beer anywhere or even obtain it in a can premixed as clamato beer. clamato isn’t v8 and thus will be less good. mux of the magi is poisoned not making it yourself.
potassium is as important as any other of our vital minerals and amines. I don’t always want a banana. nor a sweet tater. okay duh red beer lol is like not the correct answer but v8 is.

tomato beer…hmmm I don’t know what to think of that. I guess it wouldn’t be any different than a bloody mary with a beer chaser.
@godfatherofgreenbay - just a premix
Snap-E-Tom and beer….. great drink ….tried it first in San Diego while stationed there at 32nd Street base. It also makes a really good Bloody Mary.
