	that didn’t quite work.the experiment: to be over 2 hours sans cigarette, have the powerhouse of my bp medication in, and have walked over 3 miles non stop. my walking bp was roughly 135/94 @ 118 after non stop walking from bingo to the closest to kingsoopers bp machine by my home or 4.4 miles non stop 6.7 on the day. my resting 3 minutes info was rather spoiled by a cranky little girl having her cow… or 123/89 @ 114. I wasn’t going to walk another round to try it scratch. or, bp / meds, lysinoprill 40 mg @ 1pm with niacin and d3 vitamins, levothyroxin 125 micrograms, novologue 4 units witch typically counters that spikes from these mostly sugar raisers. last cig 3pm til 6 30p – so for the record, I still can walk 3 miles non-stop. further cutting of bp raisers is indicated…damn it. I’m tired. doc’s 9 850 e harvard #265 some cindy pa. eye appointment 11:30 colo blvd/yale $240 perhaps they’ll bill it as a diabetic retinopathy check which will cut that from out of pocket to 45 specialist. thus you know my bp is mercilously difficult, I need my drugs refilled. as I’ve been on rations and not the full compliment, um screw the sugar numbers they suck, but I did manage to avoid acidosis and not lose more than 5 pounds this month. so I’m not that horrid. the eye doc is the typical dialation to determine my prescription, and that all the parts are about the same…and I lack? diabetic retinopathy or sugar damage to my eyes.

i tried to understand. the gist maybe is that you are trying to cut down smoking in the midst of worrying about all these numbers?
3 miles non-stop… that’s impressive, mr. j.
Better get a regular eye check up. I hate meds myself. I don’t like popping pills.
@promisesunshine - sort of
   I simply didn’t want that nicotine in full force, this allows me to gage what I can and can look forward to to adjust the health something again better.  you do not have to know the numbers but above 120 first number is high, above 84 bottom or next number is even worse, and heart rate is next 120 is aerobic exercise 90 at rest is sedentary/bad.  80 is normal 70 more athletic.  just in case you wanted to know
