missin’ out
yes, yes, this is the latest picture of me as they go by, with Geronimo dog all behaved for photo hour sitting in the snow. this is also the ass end of aspen colorado we drove the 200 something miles as a day trip there and back mostly on other business. but never forget to snap a picture or two!
glenwood springs was 50 something degrees which contrary to this photo was dang near short sleeves and shorts weather for the hills but note my coat as yesterday I was not in the mood to be without it
I found my battery charger for my camera but whoops, need a new chip for it to snap photos. well anywas.
macdonald was the fancymorning restaurant outting lol otherwise gas station food or grocery storin’
snackwells devel’s food cookies? 50 cals a cookie thus you can have 2. veeeery tasty
then there is this odd moment where in even in a mountain town big enough for a groery store where the five chicken wings were still cheaper than in my own downtown city at 5 for 2.47 versus 5 @79 cents so definently consider
the beef jerky was
www.raysgoodstuff.com ray’s desert hot beef jerkey
oddly thick as you’d cut a strip of steak then dried.. it wasn’t that hot as the dog ate it gleefully and then wanted a day’s worth of food, he had a hungry day out
cashews,mint frost gum, no stomac ache lol.
I didn’t really pitchin for downtown aspen walking about as I did enough of that in glenwood and really was happy to be home before dark in my town but there you go.
pretty places and oddities you may havebeen missinout on.

I love Aspen. I spent two summers there in my college days.
@Roadkill_Spatula - :D it’s still a pleasant town with some nice shops
a bit more swanky now
lol it’s been found
Snow. *jealous* You look great!
Glenwood, eh? You were right close by Western Slope standards, about the same distance as Denver to Loveland.
you are a better man than me to get a dog to behave in the snow
i gotta make it over to colorado..
Stopping by with belated birthday wishes from myself and adamswomanfell-Carolyn. She emailed me and asked me to send wishes to you from her. But I didn’t read my email before the 2nd. Better late than never…
Colorado is beautiful, and I miss the snow!
@sleekpunk - aww, rude of your latitude to jip you snow
and of course, thnk you.
next run perhaps
that adamswoman has us all on a hugathon
@HappierHeathen - yes sir e bob. we were close
@godfatherofgreenbay - Geronimo is a fairly good boy for a 2 yr old healer,
@BlizzZX - ;) there is some serious pretty out here – however on the aspen? watch yourself that’s liable to get pricey fast. glenwood’s nicer for a huge hot pool and ski sunlight I have is driveable. if you denver town you might have some early mountaining to view – plenty of colorado budget friendly or not.
@armnatmom - :D thank you thank you now to gang up hug prmisessunshine I believe
@starmanjones - Yes.. I will be doing a post in her honor for Friday. But please don’t tell her!!!!!
@armnatmom - hunh what?
great pic… so there’s snow there right now? so weird for me to relate to, cause people are still wearing shorts and playing tennis by me… and i don’t miss those Chicago winters AT ALL, btw.
You have a great lookin dog and very well behaved – ass end of aspen, that was funny! Happy belated birthday!!!
@Peridot21 - yes there’s snow, but very very little of it. it’s the basic bunnny run for the sno-making resorts but otherwise patches only for everyone else. it’s hopefully going to dump this weekend – cross your fingers for them. it’s the first week of december and “no snow” for skiing.
and yay the pretty doggy behaved for 30 seconds to get caught doing so!!!!!! *he is a blue healer or farm dog all hyper for 12 years permanant puppy… but this one’s sweety McCuddle-dog
@mlbncsga - lol, it really was… road closed, normal people homes lol. pretty place. thank you for the birthday wishes
great pic.
@promisesunshine - thank you
