shrimp and greens
not very pretty – is it? shrimp and greens.. you’ll note that it sounds pretty, it’s also tastey too- but it’s just not very pretty to me…
mustard greens atop sliced real garlic then peppers orange and yellow with shrimp and tamarind soup base urned sauce with some corn starch / water.
not hard to make at all.. not disgusting to eat.. just not the prettiest dinner.
enjoy dinner folks – or the adventure. you’ll not starve at my house. not every dish is for the magazines lol. the I’m sorry it wasn’t magazinable dinner is a disgustingly large strawberry margarita.. I trust that ill make you stop whining Josh?

so it ain’t purty, that’s ok… it sounds delicious! i love shrimp, had it last night, actually, out to dinner with the family.
That sounds good to me…even if it’s not pretty. Put it in a bowl and call it rustic!
I dunno, man, that I want to put into my mouth what looks like it was already in someone else’s. It might be 10/10 for flavor but it’s -20/10 for presentation. BUT with enough ethanol I’d show the thang what chopsticks was made fer because it sounds tasty.
Hmmm… toss the greens, some shrooms, bonito flakes, and some carrots in with some soba noodles or, even better, Py Mai Fun, and then fling the cooked sea roaches in there at the end, and it might look pretty darn good and taste even better. Show it some seaweed… never mind, I’m making myself hungry now and I cannot think straight when hungry and intoxicated.

bonitoflakes. I’ve made a miso in my life do I HAVE TO put the mackerel in it? lol. (slipjack tuna, bonito flake, dried mackerel – I am aware of what it is) but yes, I can indeed jap it up. I can also vietnamese it up with some of the proper fish sauce. 
I also tk that picture realizing on purpose…. that it wasn’t my favorite dish I can cut mmy own throat with photography – but lol again my worst dishes are still infinitely edible. thank you for the pep up that says shut up and feed e

I’m getting the giggles because this sounds so dang good and then you look at the pic and you’re thinking, WTF? Who just barfed on my plate?
I need to post some of my food porn; you’ll get a real ego boost, then. For some strange and unbeknownst reason (at least to me) I cannot take pretty pics. Or perhaps I cannot get my food to “smile” for the camera…..
