• I went t0 bed

  I stayed up yesterday

  gorging upon yum discovery

  for one fact, so much joy.

  

  I tried really hard

  but I met defeat at Taco Bell

  one bite too many

   

  I wonder just if

  do you know that swimming pool

  when you’re no where near?

   

  I am told in life

  1/2 miles all arms loaded

  is too young to tire

  does this mean I found old age?

  could do more before, oh oooo

   

  a squared plus b squared

  oooh they equal c squared YES!

  that’s how far away.

   

  I dreamed forgiveness

  yet neglecting suspicions

  it’d happen again

   

  to dance about space

  I think only of hemp crops

  fuck, I don’t e’en smoke

   

  the respectful “NO!”

  how the hell is that one learnt?

  so dirt becomes gold.
