• integrity now, with guessing games

  first a introductory haiku

  just for you

  and so it all went down

  without blame, admitting my part

  facing integrity.

  Sestina On Integrity Lived (S.O.I.L.)

  if there is a rule one, don’t yourself blame
  face choices chosen openly with true joy
  consequences come responsibility?
  oh no its making the right decisions
  its being upstanding in honesty
  the strength to shout truth – that’s integrity

  it is virtuous this integrity
  but it is also effective to blame
  it’s up to you to choose your honesty
  follow outcomes – which works for your joy?
  once the affirmations show decisions
  you’ve patterns in your responsibility

  consequences is your responsibility
  there is more to the thing integrity
  its owning and forgiving decisions
  forgiveness so there’s no hell of self blame
  thus a new freedom of choice to choose joy
  the outcome known, shown.  worn in honesty

  don’t forget tact with all this honesty!
  discretion is a responsibility!
  of and on your failure succeed in joy?
  you would defeat your own integrity
  there is a bad light within other’s blame
  reputation rips at our decisions.

  reputation rips at our decisions
  there is little gain then to honesty
  opportunity blackened out in blame
  others choice ain’t our responsibility
  but we influence with integrity
  we can live out silly games to our joy

  for we foster what we want of our joy
  our influence through our decisions
  a choice to stand tall with integrity
  accepting the outcome with honesty
  wisely knowing our responsibility
  and avoiding the games – the black light blame.

  honesty, we’re stepping towards our joy
  decisions made of responsibility

  since no one picked up on it, I had a doctor’s viz today hence all the blather on integrity because it really is just facing consequences/music for me to visit the folk
