• kaleidoscopic perspective

  for those who aren’t aware, i work as an activities assistant for a retirement home.  I have made it 30 days emp.loyed and thus you may send out thank type thoughts to my boss for having that immeassurable patience yet still…in fact please continue to do that please.  is every day a home3 run, no.  is every day a hellish prison of looking at the clock? no.  so coupled with still being alolowed there this is a mini journal about changing point of vies.

   

  I am due in friday and called off for a switch of days  less than 30 minutes bbefore I am picked up by my bus there.  who hasn’t thought that phone ringing and it being “work” that oh god I’m being told not to come in ….bode evil bode evil? lol.  it was as it was switched days.    I did laundry and that was good considering i had little to none otherwise.  I bought my wine fining supplies too.

   

  next work day the boss had said we had our lock changed and the new one is rekeyed to that same previous key.  okay. I arrive on my next day and boss had meant it- she change the changed but still worked for me lock to her own and i didn’t get the new key as was to be left.  so my day was crunchies already because while i should and can call my boss “anytime”  who wants to see work on the phone on their day off?  well not only that this time I didn’t do it and am hel up and worse chewed a tad  sorting it out and… I did of course.  but how many thought I might go home and expect to quit or be fired here we go again.?.

   

  sunday I have to leave early because i have to have an afternoon activity and I have no access to them even if miricals happen I am planning for them not to  so i get a game and the key turns up you know the right one and so does boss hi grandchildren!  but  thankfully it isn’t to be chewed on and yes my yesterday went fine  remember you’re starman has made eve3rything from human checkers boards and origami to spinning calabash whistles  in the arts and crafts… I can if i breath do this stuff even when it gets crunchies as in challenging.

   

  fallout, the game i selected was a game of cards on dice  a complete deck with two jokers or 54 cards on 9 dice.  and lol not a single gal liked poker or even knew how to play and not one understood  the dice version of crazy 8′s and none remembered how to play blackjack 21….and all hated the activity…and to me while I can – I figure it’s a complete demerit if i have to turn on a television.

   

  monday came and I didn’t know whether theMY schedule hours would allow me to run the evening activity listed so called late missed the boss twice and had the room rockin lol but had to leave it off early as I was supposed to get a message to cease and desist…I did not.  one even asked me and you know what?  I felt a little good for saying i don’t know and I’m not likely to ask why i’m directed off early.  remember all words have a gossip effect and the story DOES grow taller and darker down the line but rarely makes me look handsome.  

   

  now did i do a c grade job- I sure hope so.  both in not forgetting to note when I’m bereft of simple things but also agreeable to those who pay me-  okay I may have got closer to d range in being pleasant but i did do a b grade job recovering.  - i’mpast my 30 days anniversary and still employed.and that is a typical type week both major ups and oppses too

   

  but a n asside I missed every single bus monday morning and my brother in passing and thus had to catch a cabinto work.  It’s nice to know I managed to be not ontime but early wow what a luxery those who drive have even if it feels more like an odious necessity.
