next DOOR is the liquor STORE, so I set my bag down at the register- makes them feel like you don’t intend to steal from them be nice to your foreign smart owner/managers- they’re not stupid.  I bout my second required jug of jug wine for the jug to make dandelion wine. now i liter should be just enough to get one 750ml clear pretty bottle of wine after a few months.pus a taste.  but it’s a chablis meaning I ultimately will consider my foray into winemaking to be with chablis yeast.  rossi to the rescue both in wine and wine making essentials!

 

next I walked over to the family dollar and found not the bottle brush to clean these jugs multiple times but  sugar creamer dispensers similar to

this is to cut down on the damnit of a counter coated in sugar that gets wet and must be chisled daily off.

 

this lead to getting a cloth bag as I had too much stuff. but I like dollar stores as 3 bucks for shit I can’t find anywhere else half the time is darling!

 

I then went to find a phone and I did sucess! it was in use .shit- so I walked to the direction of my mothers and ..stoped into the indian grocery.

by now I’m in loop to walk to my moms I just don’t want to admit it but i see the traffic at a crawl and I can justify fifteen minutes worth of walk because of lazy…evenif I already walked that.  so I stop into king soopers grocery because I’ve learned my mom shops for one and i don’t recognize what there is to eat …yes, mr cook is often stumped at mom’s   some people either eat healthy or weird.

 in case anyone wonders why I’d spend more to celebrate a 29.54 bill for services saved from collections… well you don’t show to mom’s empty handed and you wont really be savingmoney on bills but it’s nice that it’s not a ding. – either way I expected to be out of the cash plus.  I wasn’t at the collections joint so the day was fulfilled far more joyously

it’s coming up march and all too soon it’ll be spring and summer all over again.  I have and empty jug of wine.  I can get more   will I get around to dandelion wine this time?

• 2 qts dandelion flowers
• 2½ lbs granulated sugar
• 4 oranges (juice only)
• 1 gallon water
• 1 tsp yeast nutrient
• Chablis wine yeast

Put water on to boil. Stir in sugar until completely dissolved. Meanwhile,
wash flowers and trim away all greenery. Put flowers, juice of oranges and yeast
nutrient in primary and add boiling water. Stir and cover primary. Allow to cool
to room temperature and add activated yeast. After 48 hours, strain off and
discard flowers. Transfer to secondary and fit airlock. Ferment to dryness.
Rack, top up and refit airlock. Repeat every 60 days until no further sediment
is deposited during 60 day period. Stabilize, wait two weeks and rack into

SOME PEOPLE insist.  we have something relevant to say.  Most People are impatient.  To add fuel to this fire, one must also be timely and consistant too.  Bog all.

I went to a food bank on my downward spiral of a success story: 

I was surprised at the large amount of bread of a poppyseed nature that entered my hands.  I adore poppyseed anything.  I think mythbusters proved positively that if you intend to pass a whiz quiz to work in the USA and many other places that you are getting high on opiates by consuming poppyseeded products.  I was told my proof of social security or ability to work in the USA wasn’t required for papers.  however proof of legal address and your id doesn’t count even with current address on it- most certainly does.  I walked up a nice big ole flight of stairs proving I’m able bodied for the help… no elevator or ada access to be seen.  if one was willing to climb another flight of stairs one could investigate the “job fair.”- all of the stairs had a defining metaphor of how much work are you going to invest in both yourself and how high you want to go towards heaven….you exist back on the lowest floor either way.  do not be mislead I am very grateful a few kindly items will go a long way in improving my mood and days.  I find it most disconcerting that I went when I didn’t need the help in the first place and qualify anyways.
